Fishing in Thailand!
Kelly's dream was to fish in Thailand (not just for souls, but for real fish!!). After Christmas, Rob and Kelly spent the day fishing. With a little rain, rented poles, and a wonderful guide, they had the best time learning how to fish in Thailand. The fishing method was different than Kelly is used to, but he caught on quickly. They were successful...and guess what was for dinner?

That is pretty awesome. Are the technique's of fishing any different or is it the rules and how the fish react? -Kenny Moriyama
Kenny M! Kelly is a Mammoth Lakes trout man. He's used to rigging up a nice, juicy worm or some scrumptious Powerbait on a hook and enticing those fish with some good-smellin' "dinner". At this lake in Thailand, we used top-water lures, "poppers", which require a technique of casting and reeling in with an action that makes the lure look and sound like an injured fish, ready to be gobbled up. It was a lot of work, but well worth the effort. We're definitely going back...
With your Mammoth sweatshirt on you'd almost never know that you were halfway around the world when you took this picture. So glad that your hobbies have followed you to Thailand Kel!
